The text, design and code of www.convertwise.com are original works owned by ConvertWise Media Ltd, except where clearly attributed. Conversion factors and numerical results are facts and are not subject to copyright, but the way we present, explain and compile them is.
You are welcome to quote a short passage with a visible link back to the source page. Republishing whole articles, mirroring pages or reusing our tables at scale is not permitted without written consent.
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@convertwise.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice", including all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs on this site where the material appears.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
What happens next
We acknowledge valid notices within five business days. Where a claim appears well founded, we remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the person who published it. Incomplete notices are returned with an explanation of what is missing.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error. Where the law requires it, we will restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringement
We terminate access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright through this site.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly filing a false notice or counter-notice carries liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be certain before you file.
